E2 is an independent, impartial expert review of your Web site(s) for its effectiveness in delivering your content, branding message and products/services. What is our method for this review?
Our Effectiveness Evaluation involves having a small set of expert evaluators examine your Web site and judge its compliance with recognized usability, design and technology principles ("heuristics"). We combine this analysis with an understanding of who you are and what you do to determine if your Web site is effective in assisting you accomplish your goals.
How long does this consulting take?
After we gather some background information on your organization and your Web site(s) we can normally accomplish an Effectiveness Evaluation in 2-3 weeks.
What is the deliverable?
4aGoodCause will deliver a written report describing problems and issues, often complimented by a conference call or meeting for clarifying questions and additional advice on the design and strategy of the Web site(s). The report addresses specific issues found in the areas of strategy, content, usability, design and technology. It also makes recommendations (with quotes on cost) on how to solve the found issues and create a more effective web site. These recommendations include a complete Site Map outlining new recommended sections and functionality. This report is meant to serve as a project scope document for further development of your Web site.
How much does it cost?
Price is determined by the size and scope the Web site we are to review. For most Web sites, cost for this service will be a one-time fee of $500. Should your organization decide to have our company implement the recommendations, 1/2 of this cost can be applied to the next project phase, web design / development.
